The list ranks the “largest U.S.-based design firms, both publicly and privately held, based on design-specific revenue” (ENR.com). Process Plus is recognized as #80 (of 120). Plus Group ranks #3 on the Cincinnati Business Courier’s list of the “Largest Greater Cincinnati Engineering Firms.” This is up one from their #4 ranking in 2017. Rankings are determined by total local billings.

Automation Plus celebrated the ‘2018 System Integrator of the Year’ award by hosting a luncheon on Dec. 11th. During our event, Mayor Webster proclaimed December 11th ‘Automation Plus Day‘ in the City of Springdale, OH.
A number of special guests were in attendance. Our guests included Mayor Doyle Webster of Springdale; Derrick Parham, City Administrator; Christine Russell, Economic Development Director; Representative Jonathan Dever, Ohio State House of Representatives; Bob Vavra, CFE Media Content Manager/Editor; Bailey Rice, CFE Media Director of Business and Market Development; and Matt Deptola, JobsOhio Project Manager.
John Glenski, President of Automation Plus stated, “This award is a fantastic validation for our team. It was an exciting day for Automation Plus and the entire Plus Group when this recognition was received. This award speaks to both the quality of the product we deliver to our clients and the atmosphere we create for our employees. Focusing on both of these has driven our present success and will drive our future success.”

CFE Media has named Automation Plus a 2018 ‘System Integrator of the Year.’
Award winners are selected by a panel of Control Engineering and Plant Engineering editors and industry expert judges. Three winners are selected based the size of the organization; Automation Plus is the winner in the mid-size category ($5 million to $15 million system integration annual
To be considered for the award, Automation Plus submitted a nearly 40 page document outlining our business practices, culture, technical competence and professional certifications, customer satisfaction, and project experience.
Automation Plus President, John Glenski and CEO of Plus Group, Grant Mitchell attended the awards ceremony in the fall in Chicago, IL where winners were interviewed and photographed.

This competition searches for the top companies with the most engaged work forces. Process Plus has been a finalist in the Best Places to Work competition for the past 9 years. We were nominated back in the summer and chosen as a finalist in early fall of this past year. Numerous employees and company leaders attended the awards reception in November at the Cintas Center, where our firm was recognized as a winner.
