Large Process Automation project for a coffee manufacturing plant. Process Plus was responsible for the definition, design, implementation and
startup of the software required for the Honeywell TDC3000 control system.

The project consisted of two new raw processing lines, upgrade of six smokehouses and
the addition of four new packaging lines.

Process Plus provided engineering and design services for a facility expansion for one of the food industry’s largest manufacturers and suppliers of oat fiber. The purpose of the expansion was to add oat fiber processing to the existing operations. They wanted to upgrade some plant equipment, add new equipment and modify piping and utilities. The new systems Process Plus designed and engineered were similar to
existing systems at the company's Louisville plant.

Process Plus provided 3 Year Site Master Planning services for a biomass solvent extraction facility that produces two fermentable strains of microalgae which produce oils rich in docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
The Master Planning included projects for process safety improvements, capacity enhancements and compliance with various environmental & regulatory standards.

Process Plus provided process engineering, instrumentation, equipment & piping, electrical and structural design, as well as construction and start-up support for a $26MM expansion of a starch drying process within a corn wet milling facility. Project included
a new spray dryer and agglomerator for new operations that doubled the packaging capacity associated with food grade and industrial starches.
