The initial project scope included a pre-cast concrete structure;
Process Plus proposed shifting to the Standard Operating Procedure
for the meat processing industry, utilizing a steel frame construction
with cooler panel walls and roof. The modifications resulted in 20% cost savings
to the client.

Process Plus provided definition engineering for a product delivery skid for the testing of beauty products. The skid was designed to deliver liquid product to two different fillers. Process Plus defined the layout, specifications, equipment and instrument lists and controls for the operation of the skid , and created a 3-D model of the skid for the fabricator.

Process Plus provided detailed design services for the relocation of an idle process tank with agitator to a separate building where it would be used as a pre mix tank for making personal care products.

Process Plus provided engineering design support for modifications made to a delayed product differentiation
(DPD) process line for a consumer products company. Modifications included front end mixing of perfume and other formula parts. Process Plus also performed a process safety review of modifications to determine if any process safety measures needed to be implemented.
