In keeping our commitment to you, Process Plus hired a third party consultant to conduct customer surveys in the fall of 2008. You complimented our strengths in Customer Service, Technical Competency and our Responsiveness. We are pleased that you value those qualities. You are the core of our business and we value your ideas and opinions. We are open to suggestions that may strengthen our company and customer relations. To build upon our strengths and to take our customer satisfaction to the next level, Process Plus is pleased to announce the implementation of a Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) Program.

Our Customer Culture is how we treat everyone we work with, internally and externally, as a customer. Your success is our success, and both good internal communication and that with our clients is essential in order for us to serve you best. Process Plus’ Best Practices Program has been in place for more than 8 of our 13 years in business. Our Best Practice leads work to enhance our skills, as well as set guidelines and standards to improve our project execution. They keep their eyes to the future, constantly advancing our methods and technical expertise. Our CIP program plans to work in conjunction with our Best Practices Program in our efforts to provide outstanding service to you. Denny Evans, Certified Xavier University trainer and Process Plus company trainer, works with our personnel, clients and colleagues through education on proficient project managing techniques and project knowledge. Our Certified Project Management Training Programs are designed to teach about serving clients efficiently while delivering quality, cost conscious, schedule driven projects. Process Plus works hard keeping Customer Touches part of our daily routine. Whether we are currently working with you or have in the past, we want to keep in touch with you.
