Process Plus Featured in January Issue of CONSTRUCTION TODAY Magazine

In the article titled, The Process That Works, Kathryn Jones of CONSTRUCTION TODAY attributes the success of Process Plus to happy employees.

"Process Plus knows happy employees create happy clients. This philosophy has helped the company to expand nationally, and - to its surprise - internationally, as well."

In the article Jim Wendle describes the philosophy of the company. "Other engineering firms in the industry will hire based on their workload and fire the employees when they no longer need them. The partners want people to come here and eventually retire here. We have a strong culture. We like working here. We're happy; happy employees make happy customers."
